Well I'll tell you- they get lost in the process of daily living.
Everyone loves to talk about their priorities; we enjoy dreaming about that weight loss or healthier lifestyle, we promise ourselves and our loved ones that we will finally make that long-awaited change or adjustment, and we swear to spend more time doing what we love.

Everyone loves to talk about their priorities; we enjoy dreaming about that weight loss or healthier lifestyle, we promise ourselves and our loved ones that we will finally make that long-awaited change or adjustment, and we swear to spend more time doing what we love.
But what really happens?
Most of us suffer from a misalignment of priorities, meaning we just aren't doing them. We are always "just too busy" or we don't make enough time to actually spend time working on our priorities.
Here are a few tips I share with my clients:
1. Stop making excuses!
I'm tired of hearing them, your friends and loved ones are tired of hearing them, so stop!
2. YOU CAN DO IT!
So you want to lose weight? You want to start dating? You want to change jobs? What are you waiting for? You got this! Put one foot in front of the other and get it done!
3. Manage your time.
Keep a calendar. Make lists. Set alarm reminders on your phone. Whatever it is that helps you stay on task and assists in making your priority become a reality, do it!
